The Federation of Winklebury Infant and Junior Schools is well established, having been formed in September 2009.  The Federation operates under one Senior Leadership Team and one governing body and benefits from having both schools on the same site and a growing number of shared roles and responsibilities amongst the staff team.

The schools serve an area of residential housing within the conurbation of Basingstoke and both share a large, green and wooded site with ample scope for outdoor learning opportunities.  At the heart of everything we do are the children and we are fully committed to our inclusive ethos where every child is valued for the individual they are.  We place great importance on our holistic approach to our children’s education and development so that our pupils become well- rounded individuals with the skill sets needed to ensure their success as citizens in modern society.

Our school day starts at 8.45am in the junior school and 8.55am in the infant school and the day ends at 3.00pm for both schools.  We host a breakfast club and after-school club and offer a range of curriculum enrichment clubs for children in all year groups.
